How long does delivery take?We do our best to get your order to you quickly. Your mirror is usually made to measure within 3–4 working days. Delivery then depends on the carrier, but usually adds another 2–3 working days.

Yes, we have extensive experience with packing and shipping mirrors, and damage during transport is extremely rare. In the unlikely event of damage, a damage report must be completed upon delivery, and we will promptly resolve the situation by sending a replacement.
If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the final step of the checkout process ("Continue to checkout → Order → Do you have a discount voucher?"). After clicking, a field will appear where you can enter your code. The discount will be applied at the end of the order.
Product details
There is a button on the mirror itself, normally in the centre, marked with three wavy lines. It switches the demister on and off.
The mirror starts to clear in the centre within about 2 minutes. The whole surface is clear in roughly 5 minutes. We recommend switching the demister pad on before you shower, so it warms up and the mirror does not mist over.
The demister has no built-in timer, so you need to switch it on – and off – yourself.

- No switch – wired to your own wall switch; no brightness or colour control.

Yes, the mirror always remembers the last setting you selected.
Yes, the mirror lighting is sufficient; however, it is primarily intended for highlighting details and for decorative purposes. We recommend using an additional main light source in the bathroom alongside the LED mirror.
For bathrooms, our customers most commonly choose a cooler light temperature, typically 4000–6500K. For hallways and other living areas, we recommend 3000–4000K.
The mirror is not designed to be plugged into a socket. Wires come out of the back and must be connected to the mains supply from the wall. We strongly recommend having the connection done by a qualified electrician.
It comes down to personal preference. The touch button lets you adjust the brightness. If you prefer a clean, uninterrupted mirror surface, we recommend wiring the mirror to your own switch.
The touch button sensor is located behind the mirror, so fogging does not cause any problems.

Controlling the LED lighting with the touch button:
1. Once the mirror is connected to the mains, the touch switch lights up white.
2. A short press or tap switches the mirror’s LED lighting on.
3. Press and hold the touch switch to adjust the brightness to the level you want.
With Dual lighting (CCT), pressing and holding first changes the colour temperature and only then the brightness. Leave a short pause (under 5 seconds) between the two settings. If you pause for longer than 5 seconds, the control goes back to the setting you adjusted first.

Controlling the LED lighting with the sensor:
1. Wave your hand near the sensor to switch the lighting on or off.
2. The sensor picks up movement from up to 6 cm away.
3. Hold your hand in front of the sensor to adjust the brightness to the level you want.
With Dual lighting (CCT), holding your hand in front of the sensor first changes the colour temperature and only then the brightness. Leave a short pause (under 5 seconds) between the two settings. If you pause for longer than 5 seconds, the control goes back to the setting you adjusted first.
Our LED mirrors offer several types of lighting that differ in power, lighting method and adjustment options. The choice mainly depends on how you use the mirror and what your lighting requirements are.
Basic LED – An LED strip with evenly spaced diodes provides pleasant point lighting.
PHILIPS LED – An LED strip with PHILIPS brand diodes offers higher light output, better colour rendering and a longer lifespan.
Power LED (COB) – LED strips with COB technology create uniform, full-surface lighting without visible points.
Dual Color (CCT COB LED) – Allows smooth adjustment of both light intensity and colour temperature (from warm to cool) using a button, sensor or remote control. Thanks to COB diodes, the light is even and uniform.
RGB+CCT (COB) – Combines colourful RGB lighting with the ability to adjust white light and its colour temperature. Intensity and colours can be customised using a remote control. COB diodes ensure a smooth lighting effect without visible dots.
For both makeup and shaving, we recommend choosing lighting in neutral to cool tones. Ideally, opt for light with a colour temperature of 5000–6500 K, which is closest to natural daylight and allows accurate rendering of colours and details. A practical alternative is Dual Color lighting, which lets you smoothly adjust the colour temperature to suit your current needs.
You’ll get the best results for makeup and shaving with even lighting around the entire perimeter of the mirror, which minimises shadows on the face and provides consistent light from all sides.
Yes, our mirrors are resistant to moisture and steam commonly found in bathrooms.
No, the shelf is not illuminated.
Yes. Every LED mirror in our range is made to order: on the product page, click “Need a different size?” and enter your own width and height (or diameter) to the millimetre (tolerance ±1 mm). For a completely bespoke unlit shape, use the made-to-measure mirror configurator; you can also upload your own drawing.
